We accept all major credit/debit cards excluding American Express.
All orders are inclusive of VAT at 20%.
Orders received before 2pm GMT Monday to Saturday will be delivered on the same day if required.
Orders placed after 2pm, on a Sunday, or a public holiday will be delivered the next day.
In the event that we are unable to supply the product or any substitute product to you at all, we shall notify you as soon as is reasonably possible and shall reimburse your payment in full and in any event no later than 30 days after the intended delivery date.
Submitting your Order Form is subject to our acceptance of this offer and we will not consider ourselves bound by a contract with you unless we have issued you a confirmation of order delivery by email. This is not the email sent on submission of an order.
You can cancel an order up to 24hours before the order is due to be delivered. Please call us on 02890424102 to cancel an order and we can organise a refund.

Because of the perishable nature of our products and in order to assist us in resolving any complaints quickly, we advise you to make any complaint within 1 working day of the date of delivery or intended delivery of your purchase.
We always endeavour to reach an agreement with the recipient for either for a replacement or a refund depending upon the nature of the complaint.
